An Inside Look At Lawson Flats — A Modern Members Club In An Art Deco Perth Building
22 days ago
The changing Australian workplace post-COVID drove the creation of Lawson Flats — a new club in Perth where members can work, socialise, exercise, and relax.
Established by Fini Group, the club is located across the bottom three storeys of the architecturally-significant art deco building, Lawson Apartments. The building is the earliest remaining multi-storey, mixed-use residential building in Western Australia and has a long history as a social club.
Members pay a weekly fee to work, exercise, and relax in the new club, which includes a library, karaoke room, meeting rooms, gym, movement studio, and restaurant. The general public is also invited to visit the club’s gallery upon entry.
Take a behind the scenes look at the new spaces within Lawson Flats, designed by Finespun Architecture and Ohlo Studio, and styled to feel like a layered, lived-in home.
